Bayside June Update
Dear Bayside Community Homeowners,
We hope you are enjoying this beautiful weather with friends and family in the community! Please see the latest monthly Founder updates:
- Warranty replacement plants were completed in select areas of North Haven and Harbor’s Edge on May 25th.
- We are close to making a builder announcement for Coastal Crossing. This is your last chance to sign up for our VIP list, please respond with your email address to be added to the distribution.
- Please note that construction activity at Coastal Crossing will start back up in July. The developer is allowed construction under the permit from July 2023 to December 2023. Construction may not start again until July 2024.
- Dunkin’ is officially brewing at Bayside Corner! We hope you have been enjoying this new offering across from the community.
- The North Haven pool is open for the summer and we appreciate the team at Troon for managing this new amenity.
- Due to building permit delays, we expect an updated construction schedule for The Fassett House Inn & Spa will be released this summer. You can visit their website here.
- BaysideFounder.com continues to be a resident resource for developer information.
