Coastal Crossing
Schell Brothers released the next phase of home sites in Coastal Crossing on Saturday, August 26th. If you would like information on available home sites, please contact Natalie Hay at [email protected]. For any questions regarding construction, please contact Lisa Meck at [email protected].
The Fasset House Inn & Spa
We anticipate Beacon Hospitality to start construction on The Fassett House Inn & Spa in fall 2023. We will provide additional information in the coming monthly updates.
Bayside Corner
In the next coming months, there will be an increase of construction activity on the Beebe Primary Care Selbyville facility located in Bayside Corner. We will continue to update you on this exciting new healthcare offering to the community.
The Point Parcel
The Founder will be deeding the remaining parcel of land at The Point to become part of the overall land comprising the Bayside Resort Golf Club, and it will be incorporated into the adjacent conservation area lands. For more information click here.
SEAS The Day Parade Friday, September 8th
Welcome the Wounded Warriors, and their families, into Bayside on Friday, September 8th for the SEAS The Day Parade. The community will start gathering around the entrance of Bayside, next to the Keller Williams office, at 4:15pm. The VIF's (Very Important Families) motorcade will leave around 4:30pm from Sea Colony Marketplace and will proceed south in Route 1 through South Bethany, Fenwick Island and its final destination will be Bayside to enjoy a Freeman Arts Pavilion concert.
