Inn & Spa Update
We've had some questions on the timetable for the Inn & Spa. The initial announcement was last summer, please click here to see it. Signage will be posted on the location in August with a target of breaking ground in late October 2022.

Good afternoon Bayside residents,
Carl M. Freeman Companies is pleased to announce that work on the exclusive Fassett House Inn & Spa at Bayside is scheduled to begin this week. We expect the heaviest construction work to be undertaken over the winter and early spring months, in an attempt to limit disruption during the summer of 2023. Construction of the Inn and Spa is expected to last 18 months with completion in the spring of 2024.
As always, we will work with the community to minimize inconveniences related to the construction and look forward to a positive collaboration. We will share a more detailed construction timeline once we have it.
