March Update

Dear Bayside Community Homeowners,

March is here and we’re excited for blooming flowers as spring is on its way! Please see the latest monthly Founder updates;

  • Top Paving for North Haven is scheduled for March, weather dependent.
  • The North Haven pool has been turned over to the Club staff as they prepare it for the summer season.
  • We anticipate the announcement of the builder of Coastal Crossing and the timeline for sales later this month. We appreciate everyone’s patience with this process.
  • There's a new look to the website, BaysideFounder.com. This is a resource for residents for developer information. We will continue to update each month.
  • At Bayside Corner, we anticipate a spring opening for Dunkin.
  • If you can’t be at Bayside, you can still always see the view from the point with the Bayside Weather Camera, click here to see it.
  • A big Congratulations to our very own Rich Rishel, winning the 2023 Conservation Stewardship Award Project Manager Award from the Sussex Conservation District.
    For 19 years, Rich has worked hard to build a nationally recognized community in Bayside while being a good steward to the land and the natural resources. A well-deserved award for an integral part of our team!
  • From the year end survey, the data showed that over 53% of the respondents are full time residents with another 5% planning on to be a full-time resident in one to three years. We welcome all of our new year-round residents!

We look forward to continuing to share monthly updates and hope you are enjoying all that is great about Bayside!

Live Bayside,
Jeff Evans
